School Facilities Lawsuit Decision

Last month, the Idaho Supreme Court upheld a lower court's view that Idaho's system of funding public school buildings is unconstitutional. So what happens now? The court left it in the hands of Idaho's legislature to find a better way to pay for school buildings. But is this legislature ready to act? What will it mean for Idaho's school children and Idaho taxpayers?
