Weather

Sunny, snowing, raining or blowing, the weather affects everything we do. Scientists study the weather to try to predict what will happen and to save lives. How do they do it? What's a high or a low front?

The guest scientists for "Weather" are:

  • Scott Dorval, Chief Meteorologist, KIVI TV, Boise
  • Robyn Heffernan, meteorologist, National Interagency Fire Center
  • Learn more about our guests
