Victoria Hoffman Biography Victoria Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering at the University of Colorado. She began working for the United States Bureau of Reclamation at the Technical Service Center in Denver, Colorado as a co-operative education student while still in college. In 1994, she transferred to the Facility Operations and Maintenance Group in the Pacific Northwest Region in Boise, Idaho. She is currently responsible for performing periodic examinations of the storage and larger diversion dams within the region and provides training to dam operators and other personnel. This year, she became involved in the routine examination of fish passage facilities within the region. Victoria
lives in Boise with her husband and two children and volunteers at
