First Vote: for this special hour-long edition of Dialogue, a diverse group of first-time voters comes together in a studio setting to talk about the upcoming election and the issues involved. As part of the By the People initiative, host Marcia Franklin talks with 15 young voters about their views on the war in Iraq, why they're voting, and how they will make their decision.	Deliberation Day: Idaho is one of 17 sites nationwide that is contributing to a conversation about national issues for this PBS By the People election initiative special. Idaho Public Television and Boise State University's Department of Public Policy and Administration have brought more than 100 randomly selected citizens together for discussion about two topics -- jobs and national security.
