What services are available through PBS MATHLINE and Idaho Public Television?

Idaho Public Television will be offering all four Mathline Projects to the educators of Idaho this year on the overnight blockfeeds:

  • Elementary School Math Project (ESMP), K-5
  • Middle School Math Project (MSMP), 5-8
  • High School Math Project (HSMP) - Focus on Algebra, 7-12

Learning Communities
The MATHLINE Online Learning Community is a small, facilitated, year long, learning community of a maximum of 50 participants. Smaller groups allow more personalized attention and a stronger familiarity with others in the community. The Online Learning Community allows teachers to discuss concepts addressed in the videos, learn how colleagues approach similar teaching situations, share classroom experiences, and participate in a professional development experiences designed to bring about meaningful growth. These online learning communities will use Web-based forums software that will be accessible through any Web browser.
