And if we provide money, then hopefully it would encourage them to give us a voice in decision making. The problem now is the Fish and Game's revenues come from the hunting community, so therefore the non-hunting public, even though we're 75% of Idahoans, is not heard. And I do think we share a financial obligation to the wildlife of Idaho, all of us do.
