| The Boulder-White Clouds are located in central Idaho. They are north
of Sun Valley and Ketchum, east of the Sawtooth Valley, south of the Salmon
River, and west of Mackay. Spanning over half of a million acres, the Boulder-White
Clouds is the largest roadless area in the national forests in the lower
forty-eight states that is not congressionally designated wilderness. To
