During the long days of summer, the Boulder-White Clouds is a popular destination for hikers, backpackers, horseback riders, hunters, ATVers and trailbikers. In the winter, snowmobilers, backcountry skiers and snowshoers enjoy the hundreds of inches of snow that fall each year in the Boulder-White Clouds.

Trailriding, snowmobiling and fishing are some of the 66 recreational activities licensed in the Boulder-White Clouds. In addition, there are 65 game species licenses for species such as elk, antelope, bear and cougar.
