WHO CARES? CHRONIC ILLNESS IN AMERICA - This Fred Friendly Seminar examines the health care system, which is ill-prepared to deal with ongoing illness. Journalist John Hockenberry is host for the production that includes dramatic vignettes, role-playing, Socratic dialogue and discussion to illustrate agonizing personal choices that must be made daily.
