VOTES AND COMMENTS

Vote: Should Fail
Comments: I believe this bill should fail. As of now at every concert I have gone to there has been plenty of available area in the back and the sides for those chosing not to "mosh." I am a teenager and an avid concert attender. The people that were in the mosh pit that got hurt chose to be there. They chose to risk there own bodies. If the legislature passes this bill they will see very little change in concerts, but a good deal of angry teenagers with even less faith in the government. This bill won't keep anyone safe.

Comments: This problem is actually KILLING kids. I don't think that people are actually see the reality of that fact. I know that if I was a parent, I would want to see this bill pass. As a teenager, I would like to see this passed.

Comments: I've never been to a concert, but I'm sure that most teens wouldn't like the idea...why? Because if there were reserved seating, they couldn't move around and dance around and have fun. It sucks!

Comments: This bill sucks, there should be no reserved seating at all. That's what makes concerts fun is the general seating. mosh pits and everything else. If somebody gets hurt, its there problem not ours. This bill sucks bigtime!!!

Comments: I've been to a couple concerts, and half the fun is wandering around and meeting people. This bill would make the concert boring. I don't think it should pass.

Comments: I believe that this bill is bogus. If they don't want to go to a concert that isn't reserved seating, no one is making them go. Just because they are paranoid that something will happen to them doesn't make it right for them to ruin it for everybody. The only fun concerts that I've ever been to are the ones that you can get up and jump around. They need to stop thinking about themselves and realize that other people \ have wants too.

Comments: I think if people don't agree with the way our teenagers are having fun they should simply choose not to participate in activities like tht mosh pit at the "Rat Power" concert. They do have their agency, and those kids wanted to be at that concert, however, they made some bad decisions which unfortunately injured them. Many of teenagers went to the same concert and had a great time. Reserved seating would take away much of the fun at these concerts. Fun is what we go to these concerts for. My vote is this bill should fail.

Comments: I think this bill would help stop the injuries at at these events.

Comments: When I first heard the bill I didn't really know what to think. After reading the bill, I discovered that I was very much in favor of it. When there is a crowd of over 2,000 people they become hard to control. Just because seating is reserved does not mean that you can't enjoy the concert.
