Dunbrody Country House Hotel, a beautiful 1830s Georgian manor located on Ireland's southeast coast, sets the backdrop for a new cooking series hosted by award-winning Irish chef and author Kevin Dundon. In his American television debut, Kevin shares the rich and unique histories of Irish country houses before putting his modern twist on their time-honored recipes. Kevin uses locally produced, seasonal ingredients and contemporary flavors to enhance the simplicity of these beloved Irish dishes.
