Some adrenaline seekers travel long distances to take part in intense racing events held in the open countryside. A new two-day event on the circuit - Adventure Sports Week at Farragut State Park - offers 63 miles of biking, 22 miles on foot, 19 miles of kayaking and a swim across a bay on Lake Pend Oreille. The Funtastics Adventure Racing Team, headquartered in Coeur d'Alene, enters for its first official competition. G
