Marcia Franklin is joined by historian Fredrik Logevall, who talks about how decisions made by American leaders before and during the Vietnam War still affect our country's foreign policy. Logevall, a Harvard professor of international affairs, won a Pulitzer in 2013 for his book, Embers of War, which examines how and why the U.S. went to war in Vietnam. G
