Mary Ann travels to Casa Artusi, a renowned cooking center in Emilia Romagna, and the hometown of Pellegrino Artusi, author of Italy's world-renowned, classic cookbook, "Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well." With chefs from the center she cooks recipes from the book, including a classic flatbread, Piadina, and Stuffed Veal Rolls.. D
