Sergio, a middle-aged Italian, and Youssef, from Morocco, work in a tiny office in Turin managing the weekly bus to the Magreb. Originally just a smart business idea, the agency is now much more than that. Documenting an odd pair in the middle of a changing world, "Overbooked" takes viewers into the chaotic, funny and sometimes tragic moments of the agency. D
