Cyberchase  "Inside Hacker"  It's the CyberSquad's most ingenious plan ever - and most dangerous! If they can insert a new memory chip into Hacker's H-Drive, they can turn him from evil to good. Once he's been shrunk and is inside Hacker, Matt's mission goes like clockwork until a force field is activated and envelops the H-Drive. All seems lost until Digit remembers a robot that Dr Marbles made that can break through any force field. D

Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting  "Custom Quilting for Spectacular Patchwork"  Beloved teacher Angela Huffman joins host Sara Gallegos to teach you what exactly goes into custom longarm quilting. When you have a spectacular quilt top, it deserves a thoughtful quilting design. Angela and Sara talk through the decisions a longarmer can make to really make patchwork pop. D

Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Whisper of Wilderness, Part 2"  In this session, Jerry shows his viewers how to apply the bright glow in the center of the painting. Then shows how to apply the first layer of sunrays. Then shows how to begin the process of highlighting the background road. D

Chef's Life  "The World Is Your Oyster"  Vivian goes to Cedar Island to explore the new culture of farm-raised oysters in the Southeast. She and Ben share plans of opening an oyster bar across the street from Chef & the Farmer in hopes it will be a place that adds character and variety to the tiny town's "dining scene." Vivian and her dad orchestrate their family's first-ever oyster roast and are blown away by how much everyone enjoys it. D

Nigella: At My Table   There's another serving of irresistible dishes, as Nigella shares some of her go to favorites. For the perfect start to the day, there's a breakfast inspired by her university days, fried bread and tomato hash. A speedy meal comes in the form of a simple and tasty pasta dish with anchovies, tomatoes and mascarpone. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Italian Taste for Bitter Vegetables"  Italy is one big garden with a year round growing season. Vegetables are often the stars of the meal, and today Lidia will highlight the versatility of delicious bitter vegetables like broccoli rabe, radicchio and escarole. She makes baked radicchio. D

Cook's Country  "BBQ Thighs and Fried Peach Pies"  Julia Collin Davison shows Bridget Lancaster how to make the ultimate barbeque chicken thighs. Tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Bridget to a tasting of bagged popcorn. Test cook Bryan Roof shows Julia how to make fried peach pies at home. D

Simply Ming  "Arctic Char with Fanney Dora Sigurjonsdottir, Vodka Coctail"  Ming's third visit in Iceland is to chef Fanney Dora Sigurjonsdottir who is head chef at Skal!, an experimental bar and restaurant in Reykjavik's Hlemmur Food Hall. Ming meets chef Sigursjonsdottir at the Reyka vodka distillery, where they learn about the volcanic rock-purified water that goes into making their special liquor and get inspired for making cocktails back at the bar. Then, they gather up produce at Hlemmur Food Hall together and prepare Arctic char, one of the northernmost fish species with beautiful depth of flavor. D

Food Over 50  "Eating Away at Inflammation"  Every recipe in each of the series' episode helps fight inflammation. The saturated fats, sodium and sugar shows teach food behavior to combat heart disease, hypertension and diabetes. However, the episodes about healthier fats, fiber, spices, protein and the vegetable rainbow teach that health-positive meals are also taste positive. D

Seeing Canada  "Saskatoon & Winnipeg"  Canadian journalist Brandy Yanchyk travels to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to learn about the local foodie scene and explore Waneskewin Heritage Park. Next, she travels to Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she visits the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and learns about the city's secret Hermetic Code. D
