Science Trek  "Computers"  Computers can be found in everything from our refrigerator to our car. But how does this amazing technology work? On this month's Science Trek, host Joan Cartan-Hansen and her guests will answer students' questions about computers. Cartan-Hansen will be joined by Tim Andersen from Boise State University and Flossie Erben from Hewlett Packard. Viewers will also visit a class at the Discovery Center of Idaho and experience an unexpected way students learn to code.G

Burt Wolf: Travels & Traditions  "Basking with the Basques"  The Basque country straddles the border between southwest France and northeast Spain, but except for their passports the Basques are neither French nor Spanish -- they are Basque. They speak the oldest European language still spoken, so old that no one can tell where it came from. In this program Burt travels through the Basque country, visits the hometown of the first person to sail completely around the world, looks at the early works of Andy Warhol in the Bilbao Museum, and tastes what the Basques are eating and drinking. Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Company: Hooks, Lies & Alibis  "Tilapia - Scott, LA"  In this episode, John Folse travels to Scott, in south central Louisiana, and learns about all natural aqua farming of tilapia. Brian Gotreaux and his family raise tilapia without the aid of any chemicals which they say gives their product a fresh, natural taste. Utilizing the farm-raised tilapia, John cooks with EBR Diosce Bishop Robert Muench and makes two tasty dishes. D

Rudy Maxa's World  "Tokyo"  Rudy Maxa's World takes a second look at the vibrant city of Tokyo, this time with an emphasis on Tokyo's cuisine.
