Cyberchase  "Going Solar"  A televised skate-off will decide ultimate naming rights for the new Radopolis skate park. Will it be named after Slider, the ace skateboarder of Cyberspace, or The Hacker, the vainest villain in the virtual universe? When the power mysteriously goes out at the skate park, the CyberSquad and Digit must find a way to turn it back on before the nighttime skateboarding extravaganza. They decide to use solar panels to collect energy during the day that can power the park at night. D

Outside with Greg Aiello  "Baja California Road Trip"  Cabo San Lucas on the southern tip of Baja is a mecca for those in search of sun, sand and fun but the remote coast of northern Baja California is an undiscovered travel-treasure for those willing to rough-it a bit. Greg takes a road trip south of Tijuana then east to the Sea of Cortez to camp on empty beaches, explore unique landscapes and swim with majestic whale sharks. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "A Dinner Party"  Entertaining comes in many forms, and today Lidia creates a menu that is perfect for an intimate gathering of friends and family. This simply elegant dinner menu includes swordfish alla bagnara, a delicately steamed swordfish made with an aromatic mix of lemon, capers and garlic, a traditional dish from the Calabrian town of Bagnara. She also makes a spicy bloody Mary, followed by a classic lagane e ceci, ribbons of fresh pasta made with chickpeas and pepperoncino. D

tasteMAKERS  "Grounded"  In this episode of tasteMAKERS, host Cat Neville heads to Louisvillle, Kentucky to meet Tom Edwards of Louismill and MozzaPi. He works directly with grain farmers to source wheat, rye and corn and that he stone grinds into flour and grits, some of which he bakes into breads and tosses into pizzas that are baked in his wood-fired oven. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "The Smokehouse"  In this episode, Andreas visits the smokehouses of Western Norway. Andreas combines salted and smoked lamb with three different, fresh-tasting dips. For an appetizer, he makes a quick-cured lamb and trout with smoked apple. D

Destination Craft with Jim West  "India"  Jim West travels to Jaipur, India where master artisans teach wood block printing, create henna designs, along with miniature painting and brass inlay work. He also creates rangoli designs from rice and flowers, visits a family who make puppets in the Kathputhli Slums and creates India's staple dish-dal bhat tarkari. D
