Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "A Restful Harbor, Part 4"  In the final episode of this series, Jerry shows his viewers how to add final highlights to the glowing lights, dock, and pier. Then proceeds how to paint in the three distant figures at the end of the pier. Now he shows where to place the seagulls along the piers railing and shows how to paint them. D

Dishes include: Maureen's farro salad (A twist on farro) / gambero al coccio (in shell shrimp cooked in wine) / Grandma's braciole (meat with a moist stuffing) / Aunt Buliti's strawberries (a special twist on a fresh fruit cup featuring strawberries and oranges with a very special sauce). Steven Raichlen's Project Smoke  "Pac-Rim Smoke"  Though grills are traditionally small, Pan-Asian pit masters (and mistresses) developed an edgy, innovative big flavor grill culture that celebrates the "fifth taste," umami . Striped bass is stuffed with lemongrass, chiles, scallions, and ginger and grilled then, wait for it the fish is topped with more aromatics and doused with sizzling hot sesame oil. Thai beef salad is a mosaic of color and textures with an emphasis on veggies. D
