Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting  "Luminous"  An incredibly fun quilting technique, mirror-imaging helps isolate motifs within fabric to fussy-cut into spectacular, kaleidoscopic designs. Love of Quilting's sewing specialist Colleen Tauke and host Sara Gallegos use the diamond shapes of this wall quilt to test out this unique method. D

Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Artful Refuge, Part 4"  In this final session, Jerry shows his viewers how to block in the large tree on the left side and finish it with the #4 script brush. He then shows how to apply the final details and highlights on the grassy areas. He now shows how to properly paint in the old crooked fence posts and wires. D

Yan Can Cook: Spice Kingdom  "Tea Time!"  Outside of Chengdu there are several well known tea plantations. Martin explores the local tea cultivation process, samples different types of popular brews, attends a tea serving ceremony, and visits the oldest tea house in People's Park in Chengdu. In the studio Martin cooks up dishes that use tea as an ingredient or flavoring agent. D

It's also what attracts Globe Trekker Ian Wright to explore Delhi's old quarters, bargain bazaars, Imperial Mughai monuments, and last remaining outposts of British occupation. D

Today, Lidia shares a delicious and hearty Italian style version of layered casserole of beef, cabbage and potatoes topped with fontina cheese - a one pot meal fit to feed any hungry crowd. Lidia then stews apples and dried fruit in her spiced fruit compote and adds spices like clove and cinnamon - a heartwarming treat. D

And finally, test cook Ashley Moore makes Bridget a classic version of North Carolina lemon pie. D

Simply Ming  "Jacques Pepin"  The legendary Jacques Pepin, who is best-known for his PBS cooking series as well as his history of cooking with Julia Child, keeps things fun and simple this week. Jacques and his granddaughter Shorey swing by Ming's loft to make curly dogs with pickle relish, mayogrette dressing and potato salad. Ming cooks up some quick Chinese sausage buns. D

Ellie's Real Good Food  "Better Brunch"  Ellie hits refresh on the typical brunch menu with some creative, make-ahead crowd-pleasers that break the mold. Recipe: - Eggs Florentine in tomato cups - Breakfast strada primavera - 3-Ingredient Brussel sprout hash with egg - Pumpkin cranberry waffles. D
