In summer 2010, the school's EVX Team raced against mega-sized auto manufacturers, multimillion-dollar start-ups and university teams - all to produce an affordable, 100-miles-per-gallon car.G

Half The Sky: Turning Oppression Into Opportunity for Women Worldwide   Diane Lane and Nicholas Kristof are in Somaliland, where one in 12 women dies in childbirth. They meet with the founder of the country's first maternal health facility and visit villages where hospital-trained midwives work. America Ferrera and Kristof visit India's Kaighat red-light district where a woman and her shelter program working to break the tradition of forced prostitution passed from mother to daughter. Olivia Wilde joins Kristof in Kenya to see how women entrepreneurs are changing their lives and their communities through micro-financing. Part 2 of 2G

In the Neighborhood of Make Believe, with the help of her friends, Lady Elaine says she's sorry and will try to do healthier things next time she's angry. D

Curious George  "We Otter Be Friends/Sir George and the Dragon"  We Otter Be Friends - After an otter swims away with Mr. Quint's boat keys, a stranded George tries everything he can to retrieve them. But the otter is a faster swimmer, a quicker runner, and a better hider than George. Can George out-otter the otter and get the keys back? Sir George and the Dragon - George is starring in his first play. D

Wild Kratts  "Polar Bears Don't Dance"  While in the Arctic, Martin and Chris are on a mission to discover how animals move around in different environments. Their new knowledge comes in handy when they discover that Zach Varmitech has kidnapped a Walrus calf and a Polar bear cub. The Wild Kratts team must do what it takes to return the baby animals to their mothers. D

Peep and the Big Wide World/Pocoyo  "Daring Duck/The Trouble with Bubbles"  Quack vows to eat his hat if Chirp flies across his pond. Quack discovers bubbles, but for some reason only he can see them. Pocoyo: Wackily Ever After - Pocoyo and friends are playing dress-up while the narrator tells favorite stories - with some changes. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "A Plan for Sand/Whale Music"  A Plan for Sand - Nick and Sally are playing in their sandbox, but there's not enough room for them to build their castles. The Cat arrives to take them to the biggest sandbox they'll ever see! In the desert, they meet Carmela the Camel who teaches them about how camels are adapted to live in the dry, sandy climate. Whale Music - Nick and Sally have made a song to sing to their moms, but they can't get the ending quite right. D

Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps  "Angelina's Gift for Ms. Mimi/Angelina's Oldest Friend"  Angelina's Gift for Ms. Mimi - It's Ms. Mimi's birthday, and Angelina wants to give her the best birthday ever. As Angelina and her classmates check the list of items needed for a party, everything goes wrong; they can't even make a gift for their beloved teacher! Ms. Mimi is definitely surprised by the makeshift party her students throw for her, and is even more delighted by the song and dance they improvise, which ends up being the best gift of all. Angelina's Oldest Friend - Angelina loves her new Camembert Academy friends and also loves her old friend Alice. D

Bob the Builder  "Believe In Yourself"  Super Scrambler - Scrambler has been reading a book about the super-hero machine, Super-Smasher, and decides he wants to be just like him. The team is ready to start building a milking shed for Daisy - Farmer Pickles' prize cow. Scrambler sees a picture of Super-Smasher hauling bricks, and decides he has to be strong too! After a few mistakes and scaring Daisy, Scrambler realizes he's not a Super-Machine! He's just plain old Scrambler. D

Shalom Sesame - Chanukah: The Missing Menorah   It's time to celebrate Chanukah in Israel. Grover is bringing the latkes, and all is well until Anneliese gets caught in a game of tag with a chicken and loses her special menorah -- right before sunset! Can her friends find the missing menorah in time?. D

Wishbone  "A Tail In Twain (Pt. 1)"  This live-action program follows the exploits of Wishbone the dog and his human friends, Joe, David and Samantha through their adventures in their hometown of Oakdale. In this episode, Joe, Samantha and David are looking for adventure, and find it when they spy a strange man digging around the "No Name Grave. D

Oregon Field Guide  "Autumn Rivers Photo Essay, Condors and Lead Bullets, Outdoor School"  One of the great success stories in saving wildlife still has some trouble. California condors are raised in captivity and then released into the wild. Scientists now are searching for reasons why so many of the condors require emergency medical care for lead poisoning.G

Christmas at St. Olaf: Rejoice, Give Thanks, and Sing   St. Olaf College in Minnesota celebrates 100 years of its Christmas Festival, which began as a small campus event and now has a worldwide audience. Five choral ensembles and the St. Olaf Orchestra - more than 500 student musicians strong - perform a rich repertoire of Christmas compositions, familiar carols and hymns from around the world. This year's performance also debuts newly commissioned works by American composers Andr? J. Thomas and David N. Childs.G
