Next, the chefs join master distiller Chris Morris at Woodford Reserve to learn how the bourbon that has been a historic Kentucky landmark for 140 years is made and to pack a few bottles for the night's feast. Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Restaurant Gabriel Kreuther"  After cementing his reputation working as Chef de Cuisine at Jean George and then a long stint as the Chef at The Modern, Alsatian born Chef Gabriel Kreuther now runs his own eponymous place on 42nd St., right across from Bryant Park. It's the kind of kitchen that employs loads of cooking techniques and utilizes the best ingredients possible.G

Rough Cut with Fine Woodworking   In this week's episode of Rough Cut with Fine Woodworking, host Tom McLaughlin makes a Shaker-inspired blanket chest with drawer and bracket feet using an exterior of cherry and interior of white pine panels. He focuses on how to make a traditional drawer and usse a special jig to create dovetail corners. This chest is functional, but is also a classic piece that's bolstered by its distinct design. D
