Equitrekking  "Uruguay"  Equitrekking host Darley Newman travels to the small South American country of Uruguay to discover gaucho culture by visiting various estancias, riding with cowboys on the beach, taking in the coastal town of Punta del Este and tasting local foods in Montevideo. At an eco-friendly ranch that raises sheep and cattle, Darley learns about the area's mystical vibe on a ride to a section of mysterious stone cones and up to a high point with views of a Tibetan monastery. Over a morning cup of mate, a special tea popular throughout Uruguay, Darley talks with a local about the tradition behind this caffeinated drink and the proper way to prepare it. D

Ask This Old House  "Removing Overgrown Shrubs; Quieting a Noisy Baseboard Heater"  Landscape contractor Roger Cook helps a homeowner remove several overgrown shrubs in front of her house and then plants many new perennials. Then Roger, along with host Kevin O'Connor, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey and general contractor Tom Silva, asks "What is it?" Afterward, Richard helps a couple quiet their noisy baseboard heater. D

Lidia's Italy In America  "USA: Shrimp, Shrimp, and More Shrimp"  Lidia takes viewers on a journey to Italy to learn about pepperoncino, a quintessential ingredient in any Fra Diavolo dish. Tanya shows viewers that Italian Americans are internationally recognized for their great cuisine, which can be found everywhere from Sonoma, California to St. Louis, Missouri to Boston's North End. D

Theater Talk  "Hytner, Bean & Corden:One Man, Two Guvnors"  Our guests are playwright Richard Bean, Tony-nominated director Nicholas Hytner and Tony-nominated actor James Corden - the writer, director and star respectively of the new hit comedy, One Man, Two Guvnors. Based on the Eighteenth Century Goldoni farce, The Servant of Two Masters, Bean's freewheeling adaptation is set in 1960's Brighton. In an interview taped just two days after the British import's triumphant New York opening, the trio discusses the work that made the show a success and share the enthusiasm that comes with being out-of-town artists who have scored on Broadway. D
