Painting with Wilson Bickford  "Dragonfly, Part 1"  Dragonflies are symbolic and special to many people. They're often said to be the spirit of a loved one come back to visit. Wilson blocks out the dragonfly and blends in the background. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Sugar for Hubby"  When you're a busy mom to three boys AND you have a job, you have to make an effort to set aside time for just you and the hubby. Outside with Greg Aiello  "Torrey Pines"  San Diego is a hot-spot for tourism in California and one of the most beautiful places to live in America. But beyond the usual attractions the area is known for, Torrey Pines, just north of downtown San Diego, is one of the best places in the world to soar on the wind. Greg shows us the sport of Paragliding and its long history at Torrey Pines. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Italian Style BBQ"  It's all about the grill today since Italians love a "grigliata mista" or Italian grilled platters of meats, seafood and vegetables. Today, Lidia shares a menu that your guests will love as well. On the menu is grilled calamari salad with tomato coulis; grilled apple and radicchio salad with gorgonzola and a flavorful Tuscan maremma style steak. D

tasteMAKERS  "Not So Fast"  Heliculture, a fancy word for snail farming, is on the rise here in the U.S. In this episode of tasteMAKERS, come along with host Cat Neville and visit a tiny greenhouse in Cutchogue, New York, where tens of thousands of snails are being hand raised on foraged greens. Almost all of the escargot served in the US is imported either canned or frozen - Peconic Escargots' Taylor Knapp is one of a very few American farmers that produce fresh escargot and snail caviar. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "Farmer's Food"  Tina visits Moss and the nearby islands, a rich agricultural region in eastern Norway. She makes an open omelet with broccoli, cheese and horseradish. Samantha Brown's Places to Love  "Big Sur and Monterey, California"  From Monterey to Big Sur, Samantha travels through the central coast of California. Along her journey, Samantha learns about underwater sea life at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, visits the "Artichoke Center of the World," dines at a Mexican restaurant serving up sustainable seafood and local organic produce, and enjoys wine tasting at a boutique vineyard. In Carmel, Samantha learns about the importance of bees from a 14-year old entrepreneur who supplies honey to multiple prominent restaurants. D
