In his exploration of Toronto and its ever-emerging neighborhoods Joseph discovers that change can mean repurposing old buildings, welcoming new businesses, and building new facilities and infrastructure. Yet, at the core of all the city's changes he finds cultural connections which prove that Toronto and its neighborhoods are firmly rooted in their historic, natural and multi-cultural roots. D

Samantha Brown's Places to Love  "Vancouver, Canada"  The cosmopolitan city located on the edge of wilderness, Samantha travels to Vancouver and gets to experience firsthand the true beauty of this bustling Canadian west coast seaport. Samantha starts her trip off trekking beautiful Stanley Park with a local guide of First Nations descent, who discusses the importance of these lands to the survival of her people. Taking flight in a classic floatplane, Samantha enjoys a stunning tour of the city with sky-high views, followed by landing on a mountain lake, where she is joined by conservationist and chef Ned Bell who discusses sustainability as they cruise across a glacial fjord, checking his Dungeness crab traps. America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "How to Roast Everything"  Bridget and Julia teach viewers how to make the ultimate beef tenderloin with smoky potatoes and persillade relish. Tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Bridget to a turkey tasting. Gadget critic Lisa McManus reviews fat separators, and then test cook Dan Souza makes turkey breast en cocotte with Pan gravy. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Cancun: We Meet Again"  When most people think of the Yucatan Peninsula, they think of Cancun. A vacationer's paradise with the most beautiful turquoise waters and white sand beaches, hotels with every amenity possible and food from around the world. Pati explores this young city of only 30 years, tasting some of the most inventive dishes at Crab House, like their Alaskan wontons. D
