Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Taking A Dip, Part 3"  In this episode, Jerry explains the process of sketching in the cows and how to compose them properly. Now he explains the color scheme of the cows and how to mix the proper formulas for each section of the cow. He finishes by showing which brushes work best for underpainting the main body of brown tones then finishes by underpainting the white areas with the cool gray tones. D

Robert makes a bread-crusted halibut with broccoli rabe, and a chorizo emulsion, before helping Ming with his halibut fish stew with roasted garlic aioli, and a side of grilled bread. Fish two ways makes for a delicious episode, this week on Simply Ming. D
