Steven Raichlen's Project Fire  "Wrangler Tailgate"  The first tailgating party took place in 1869 at a Princeton-Rutgers football game. Picnickers grazed from food arranged on the buckboards of horse-drawn wagons-the precursor of one of America's most favorite pastimes: tailgating. Today the party goes global, starting with lettuce-wrapped, smoked pulled lamb from the wood-burning smoker at Odys + Penelope in Los Angeles. D

Samantha Brown's Places to Love  "Brooklyn, New York"  What is the difference between a Brooklyn egg cream and a Manhattan egg cream? Samantha finds out when she visits Brooklyn and meets a "jerk" at a local soda fountain. From visiting the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard to sampling whiskey at New York City's oldest distillery to tasting unique foods at the largest weekly open-air food market in the USA, Samantha takes the opportunity to understand Brooklyn through the voice of the people behind such local staples. Exploring further, Samantha visits the historically important Gowanus Canal, learns how to play shuffleboard in a hidden gem, and takes a walk through the brownstone neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant, where she discovers incredible architecture and a jazz parlor tucked away in an unmarked bed & breakfast. Watch as Martha makes four one-pot meals, using a different cooking vessel for each: a stove-top clambake in a stockpot, risotto with shrimp and herbs in a pressure cooker, poached cod with tomatoes in a skillet and arroz con pollo in a Dutch oven. All are fuss-free, flavorful meals, and with just one pot, a cinch to clean up. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "The Art of Mole"  Pati takes viewers on an in-depth exploration of all things mole. Oaxaca is known as the land of moles, and there are too many varieties to name. Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Company: Hooks, Lies & Alibis  "Tilapia - Scott, LA"  In this episode, John Folse travels to Scott, in south central Louisiana, and learns about all natural aqua farming of tilapia. Brian Gotreaux and his family raise tilapia without the aid of any chemicals which they say gives their product a fresh, natural taste. Utilizing the farm-raised tilapia, John cooks with EBR Diosce Bishop Robert Muench and makes two tasty dishes. D

Rudy Maxa's World  "Tokyo"  Rudy Maxa's World takes a second look at the vibrant city of Tokyo, this time with an emphasis on Tokyo's cuisine. "There are more Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo than in Paris and New York combined," notes Washington, D.C. chef and restaurant owner Daisuke Utagawa. D

Connect with English  "Review/The Emergency"  Kevin meets Rebecca at the Boston airport to tell her their father's heart attack was very serious. This includes a review of the storyline so far.G

Connect with English  "Bad News/Brothers"  Rebecca and Kevin's father has had a second heart attack and they call their father's estranged brother, Brendan, who lives in Illinois who arrives and reconciles with his brother just before he dies.G
