Rising-star chef Michael Nizzero prepares a Tartare de Langoustine and two dishes made with ingredients from his garden: Vegetarian Gnocchi and variations of Rhubarb and Strawberry. D

Equitrekking  "Alberta"  Equitrekking host Darley Newman travels to Alberta, Canada to experience Western adventure and stunning natural scenery. In Kananaskis, Darley treks amid the beautiful snow-capped Canadian Rockies with a longtime Alberta cowboy, conquering high altitudes and an August hailstorm. Next, Darley experiences the fast-paced Calgary Stampede with its equestrian competitions, Western art, rodeos and surprisingly diverse food offerings. D

Theater Talk   Joining us are actors Judy Kaye and Michael McGrath now appearing on Broadway in the popular show Nice Work If You Can Get It. They both won Tony Awards for their roles in this popular show, which features the music of George Gershwin. Also, veteran dancer-actors David Bean, Harvey Evans, Bert Michaels and Eddie Verso celebrate the 1957 musical classic West Side Story and the 1961 Academy Award-winning film adaptation in which they all appeared as Sharks or Jets. D

Closer to Truth  "What Would Multiple Universes Mean?"  Is there more than one universe? According to current cosmology, our entire gigantic universe is only one of innumerable universes, each universe like one tiny bubble in a limitless ocean of universes. What could all this mean?. D
