Determined to learn more about the father he hardly knows, Vic's son, documentary filmmaker Jonathan VanBallenberghe, chronicles a season of his father's research at Denali National Park in Alaska and tells the story through his film. While capturing the most extensive, amazing, and up-close HD footage of moose ever caught on film and learning about this majestic animal, Jonathan recognizes the significance of Vic's life work, and a gap is bridged between father and son.G
