Pati Jinich will look at Mexican quesadillas prepared three completely different ways, including: Ham and Cheese Sincronizadas; Oaxacan Mushroom and Cheese Quesadillas; Plantain and Refried Bean Quesadillas; Guajillo Chile Salsa. Rick Steves' Europe  "Paris: Embracing Life and Art"  Rick rides a unicorn into the Middle Ages at the Cluny Museum, takes a midnight Paris joyride in a classic car, and gets an extreme close-up look at heavenly stained glass in Sainte-Chapelle. He goes on a Tombstone pilgrimage at P?re Lachaise Cemetery, and then savors the Parisian caf? scene.G

Theater Talk  "Sontag: Reborn Plus Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812"  Actor/adaptor Moe Angelos and director Marianne Weems discuss their multi-media theater piece, Sontag: Reborn, which is based on the early journals of the iconic Twentieth-Century critic. Also on the program composer/librettist/actor Dave Malloy and director Rachel Chavkin talk about their hit immersive musical Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, which is based on War and Peace and takes place in a club in the Meat-Packing district where the audience is served a traditional Russian meal during the show. D

Closer to Truth  "Is Theism Coherent?"  "Theism" is the belief in God. But atheists claim that theism is not coherent, meaning that God as a concept is riddled with conflicts, Inconsistencies and contradictions. Theists respond. D
