Color of Conscience   Idaho Public Television producer Marcia Franklin looks at the 25-year history of Idaho's modern human rights movement. She documents the 1981 creation of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations and the group's efforts to confront the messages and activities of the Aryan Nations near Hayden. The film uses archival footage, as well as interviews with human rights leaders, victims of prejudice and hate crimes, and a former neo-Nazi skinhead.G
