Cyberchase  "Cool It"  (topic: Liquid Volume) - Determined to destroy Motherboard in any way possible, Hacker cleverly clogs up her cooling system. Digit brings the kids into cyberspace to help fix her, but the special coolant Motherboard needs, cryoxide, is found only in Castleblanca - and the supply is closely monitored! To bring back exactly enough cryoxide for Motherboard, the kids have to figure out the exact volume of Motherboard's tank. In the process, they discover the importance of a standard unit of measure - and fill a most unusual container with the precious cryoxide. D

Color World with Gary Spetz  "Color Sicily & Capri"  Host-Artist, Gary Spetz, sails aboard a cruise ship to reach the Italian island of Sicily. Here he explores the ancient seaside town of Taormina, and its mountainside historic counterpart, Castelmola. From there he crosses over to Naples, Italy, where he travels by ferry boat to the nearby mountainous resort island of Capri. D

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Extraordinarily Delicious Ensenada"  Fish tacos embody Ensenada's history in one bite: Fresh fish from pristine waters encased in crispy batter influenced by Asian immigrants, topped with Spanish-inspired creamy sauces, wrapped up in a very Mexican corn tortilla and spiked with chile. We seek out some of the best versions at Mariscos El Norteno, a stall opposite the Ensenada Fish market, and a 30-year old corner stand, Los Originales El Chopipo. No trip to Ensenada would be complete for a foodie without a stop at La Guerrerense where Sabina Bandera Gonzalez has been serving the best seafood ceviches and tostadas for more than 29 years. D

Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence  "Argentina Remembered"  Craving the bold flavors she tasted in Argentina, Joanne shows her student Leigh how to give grilled skirt steak a boost with a fresh and zesty chimichurri sauce. And potatoes get the double treatment of roasting and grilling becoming twice as flavorful. Recipes: Gazpacho Salad, Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri, Roasted and Grilled Potatoes. D

Ask This Old House  "Laying Sod in the Backyard/Installing A Wireless Thermostat"  Landscape contractor Roger Cook helps a homeowner lay sod in his backyard. Then, Roger, along with host Kevin O'Connor, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, and general contractor Tom Silva, asks, "What is it?" Afterward, Tom shares a tip about finding measurements without doing math. And Richard installs a wireless thermostat to control a heating system. D

She also visits the Maugeri Farms in southern New Jersey and the Migliorelli food stand in Union Square Market in New York City to see what kind of traditions these Italian American families are passing down to generations to come.
