P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Crazy for Berries"  Allen visits a you-pick-em strawberry operation and then demonstrates how to put the bounty to use in the kitchen in strawberry lemonade. He provides a short history of the "Indian Series" of blackberries and how they were developed and offers ideas for using blueberries in landscaping.G

P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Poultry In Motion"  The State Fair is underway and P. Allen Smith is checking out the feathered creatures in the poultry barn. Poultry scientist Keith Bramwell also makes a visit to the farm to talk about the perfect backyard animal that keeps on giving. Plus, a dessert made with a chef's egg of choice. D

P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Backyard Farming"  Allen shows how to take even the smallest outdoor spaces and turn them into a personal mini-farm. He demonstrates how to use straw bales to create raised beds, and how to maintain a beehive in a backyard.G

P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Gone Fishing"  Fresh fish is on the menu in this episode of P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table. Also tips on growing cabbage and using it to create a delicious Cole Slaw. Plus, a fishing trip in the Arkansas Delta in search of crappie. D

P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Bunches of Blueberries"  Allen goes to Oregon to sample blueberry dishes and see how they are harvested. At the farm he makes blueberry muffins and shows how to use blueberries as an ornamental plant.G

P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Tomato Festival"  At the height of tomato season, Chef Josh Smith joins Allen to make a tomato gazpacho and explain how to properly cook heritage poultry. There is also a tomato tasting in Allen's vegetable garden where guests sample and vote on their favorite heirloom tomato.G

Then, host Christopher Kimball goes into the test kitchen with test cook Bridget Lancaster to learn how to make the best bowl of 10-Minute Steel Cut Oatmeal. Next, equipment expert Adam Ried is in the Equipment Corner reviewing his favorite moka pots, and Chris answers questions from viewers. D

In this episode, Marja travels to Chodang to see artisanal tofu made the old-fashioned way - with fresh soybeans and ocean water - and then enjoys a four-course tofu meal bound to convert any tofu nay-sayer into a fan. Marja then learns about what goes into one of her favorite Korean foods, bindaddeok, a pancake made of freshly ground mung beans. D
