Dialogue  "Bravo!"  Host Marcia Franklin talks with Ken and Betty Rodgers, Idahoans who produced a documentary called Bravo! Common Men, Uncommon Valor about the siege of Khe Sanh in Vietnam. They are joined for this Veterans Day-inspired show by Steve Wiese, who with Ken Rodgers, was a member of Bravo Company, First Battalion, 26th Marine Regiment, which fought in the 1968 battle.G

Simply Ming  "Blanching with Guests Seth & Angela Raynor"  On the premiere episode of Simply Ming, it's all about blanching - the secret to improving color, taste and texture in foods. In the studio Host Ming Tsai cooks on the fly with Nantucket chefs Seth & Angela Raynor. Using the blanching technique and secret ingredients they team up to create two new dishes: Grilled Lobster with Summer Herbed Butter Roasted Potatoes and Fried Pork & Couscous with Peach Sesame Compote. Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Co.: Our Food Heritage  "Foods of Africa"  Foods such as yams, red beans, rice, melons, okra and eggplant are indigenous to West Africa, the ancestral homeland of most of Louisiana's African-Americans. Dr. Gwendolyn Midlo Hall and Professor Eileen Julian give audiences an insight on the roots of much of Louisiana's African-American cuisine. Chef Leah Chase gives Chef Folse a lesson on making Gumbo Des Herbes, a traditional Holy Thursday dish. D

Caillou  "Caillou The Explorer"  Caillou of the Antarctic - Caillou is playing with Jeffrey and Jason when he gets accidentally pushed down. He is a little upset about it until he realizes it was an accident. Since it's so hot out Daddy treats them to ice cream and Caillou imagines he's down at the cool cool south pole playing with the penguins! Deep Sea Caillou - There's a new girl named Lee Wun in playschool, but she's so shy she won't talk to anybody. D

Sir Topham Hatt decides to send Kevin to help him, but Cranky doesn't want any help. Kevin is disappointed and he tries to please Cranky by working hard and picking up things Cranky has dropped. D

Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood  "Neighbor Day"  In this half hour special Daniel learns how good it feels to be neighborly and that one kind act can lead to many. His first good deed starts a chain reaction of kindness all around the Neighborhood, culminating with the declaration of "Neighbor Day"!. D
