Rick and three fellow food lovers dine at the ultra-modern Mision 19 located in Mexico's newest Leed Gold Certified building. D

We discover how the International Red Cross got started, take a paddle wheel boat along the lakeside to look at the homes of some of the wealthiest people in the world and discover the rules for fondue eating. Next, equipment expert Adam Ried reviews sous-vide machines in the Equipment Corner. And finally, test cook Julia Collin Davison updates a recipe for the perfect Spring Vegetable Pasta. D

Painting and Travel with Roger & Sarah Bansemer  "Withlacoochee River"  Roger and Sarah float on a pontoon boat down the Withlacoochee river on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Roger paints a landscape from the deck of the boat and later they tour the unspoiled village known as Yankeetown. D

He also persuades Broadway songwriter Jerry Herman to teach him an unknown song from Herman's "trunk" that has not been performed publicly before. Part 2 of 3G

Proclamation of Hope   Proclamation of Hope is an original symphonic concert by Grammy Award-winning pianist, composer and Jazz legend Ramsey Lewis about the life and legacy of Abraham Lincoln. This 90-minute multi-media program includes a 22-piece orchestra with vocalist Dee Alexander, and stunning historical images that serve to inspire reflection and hope with the audience. The concert captures Ramsey's musical style which combines his deep knowledge of jazz along with his passion for gospel and classical music. D

Music Voyager  "Lafayette: Sounds from the Bayou"  In this enchanting episode, host Jacob Edgar experiences the food, lifestyles and culture of Southwest Louisiana. Lafayette is the epicenter of Cajun and Creole culture, where the infectious rhythms of Zydeco and Cajun music echo across the bayou. There, Edgar settles in to picturesque Dockside Studios for a session with Roddie Romero, a talented local musician. D

Sierra Center Stage  "Rodney Crowell"  Rodney Crowell is perhaps best known for his string of five straight # 1 hits on the Billboard Country Music charts. However, this program showcases Crowell's rebirth as a deeply political, satirical, and clever singer/songwriter in the vein of Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen. Featuring songs from his 3 CD Triology, starting with the "Houston Kid," Crowell rocks the dance floor with a tight band of Nashville virtuosos. D
