Simply Ming  "Matt Jennings"  Tuna is on the grill this week on Simply Ming! Matt Jennings, four-time James Beard nominee, joins Ming around the barbeque to feast on this highly sustainable fish. While Matt makes a decadent strawberry salsa rresca for his grilled fish, Ming creates a lightly seared tuna tataki that is paired with a refreshing lemongrass gremolata. D

Meat-free burgers are all the rage these days and hearty Hungry Guy Burgers satiate big appetites, while crisp Baked Steak Fries complete this classic pairing. For a fabulous finish, spectacular Strawberry Mountain Pie will wow diners, piled high with a dairy-less cream filling and topped with fresh juicy berries. D

Jacques Pepin: More Fast Food My Way  "Fast Proof"  Bread takes time to make but Jacques shows viewers how to mix and bake a loaf of bread in one pot in his Slow and Easy Bread in a Pot. Next he shares his favorite eggs prepared in little containers known as Cocoette Eggs with Creamed Mushrooms. When Jacques raids the pantry and freezer, he finds the fixings to make a Ragout of Broccolini, Beans and Sausage. D

Ciao Italia  "Cookie Favorites/Biscotti Favoriti"  Peter Scognamillo is one great baker and he's just a kid! When Mary Ann invites him to stop by nella cucina to make cookies, Peter brings his recipe for Maddalena Raspberry Cookies; two buttery, crisp wafers filled with raspberry jam. Then it's Mary Ann's turn, and she shows Peter how to make Almond Crisps. Open up that cookie jar!. D

Chef's Life  "Strawberry Stay at Home"  Vivian and Ben rebuild their restaurant against the backdrop of the Southern harbinger of spring, the strawberry. Their twins go on their first strawberry-picking excursion, and Vivian and a friend develop a recipe for coconut cornbread strawberry shortcake with basil whipped cream. D
