In honor of Franklin and the Congress, Chef Walter prepares Fried Calves Feet with Curried Remoulade along with Beef Olives, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. D

Simply Ming  "Reconstituting with Guest Gordon Hamersley"  Drying foods to keep them preserved is a technique that dates back hundreds of years. On this episode of Simply Ming, host Ming Tsai and special guest, Gordon Hamersley, show how the technique of reconstituting - bringing a dried ingredient back to life by simply adding liquid - can be used to cook up two unique dishes: Salt Cod with Pasta and English Peas and Chicken Stir-fry with Wood Ear, Fermented Black Beans and Wasabi Yogurt. They investigate and come across the Three Little Pigs building a brick house to enter the "Best House of the Year" contest. It is a contest to find the strongest, prettiest, bestest house. D

Dinosaur Train  "A Heck of a Neck/Gilbert Visits The Nest"  The Pteranodon kids have a Nature Trackers adventure when they meet Denise Diplodocus, a super-long, super big dinosaur. At first the kids mistake Denise's neck for a snake, and tail as a bridge. Later, Denise amazes the kids, telling them how hard it is for her to raise up her long, heavy neck. D

Super Why!  "Little Bo Peep"  Where's Mister Lizard? Whyatt is searching and searching and doesn't know where to find him! Once again, it's the Super Readers to the rescue when they meet Little Bo Peep, who is hot on the trail of her missing sheep. The Super Readers aren't satisfied with leaving them alone until they come home, and spring into action! Educational Objectives: To learn about solving a mystery! Fun, interactive activities show preschoolers how to build the alphabet, rhyme with OG words and use the power to read to change the story. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Bounce/Timmy Tippy Toe"  Bounce - Nick and Sally are wondering why their ball is so bouncy. Fish tells them it's because it's made from rubber, and rubber comes from trees. Cat doesn't believe him so it's time to ask the expert, Dr. Twiggles! It turns out Fish is right! And Dr. Twiggles shows them all just how rubber is made, and all the wonderful things rubber can make! Timmy Tippy Toe - Nick and Sally are playing on a climbing frame but just can't manage to get to the top. D

Wild Kratts  "Snow Runners"  On their way to return some Hispid hares to Asia, the Wild Kratts accidentally lose them in a wintery North American forest. Martin and Chris must use the amazing winter adaptations and strategies of the Snowshoe hare and lynx to locate the hares before it's too late. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Gone Fishin' with David Pasternack"  Seafood expert David Pasternack, from New York's fish temple Esca, shows why he loves food with fins with three favorite recipes from his arsenal: Fettuccine with Rock Shrimp, Corn and Jalapeno; Grilled Mahi Mahi with Panella and Chickpeas and Salt-Baked Pesce per Due with Braised Greens. Cooking fish this way makes it easy and accessible. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Dublin and Mystical Sidetrips"  Rick explores Dublin's foreboding castle, patriotic jail and Trinity College with its illuminated Book of Kells - a bright light from the Dark Ages. At night, customers party in Temple Bar, awash with Celtic music and frothy pints of Guinness.G
