Ciao Italia  "Have A Cookie/Avere Un Biscotto"  Cookie jar empty? Time for Mary Ann make the most delicate Orange-Scented Madeleines you've ever tasted. But she doesn't stop there. The enticing smell of fresh-baked Little Hazelnut Cookies soon fills the kitchen and fills her cookie jar as well. D

Taste of History  "Continental Congress & Constitutional Convention"  Join Chef Walter as he tours Carpenters' Hall in Philadelphia, home to the first Continental Congress and Benjamin Franklin's library. We then learn about James Madison and the Constitutional Congress. In honor of Franklin and the Congress, Chef Walter prepares Fried Calves Feet with Curried Remoulade along with Beef Olives, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. D

Simply Ming  "Caramelization with Guest Jody Adams"  This week on Simply Ming - Caramelization - a technique that enhances both savory and sweet cooking. Done right it enhances a dish, and done wrong will turn it bitter. Joining Ming in the kitchen is Chef Jody AdaMs. Together they cook on the fly creating: Scallops with Curried Gooseberries and Loin Lamb Chops with PluMs.. D

Martha Stewart's Cooking School  "Poaching"  Because poached meats are moist and tender yet still mild in flavor, they work well as the basis for numerous salads, soups and light suppers. They're also famously low in fat. Martha begins this lesson by showing how one of the most healthful and versatile preparations - simply poached chicken breast - can be incorporated into all-American chicken salad sandwiches as well as a Cobb salad. D

Austin City Limits  "Steve Martin/Sarah Jarosz"  Austin's own Jarosz, age 19, opens with her original bluegrass songs and is backed up by two equally talented teenage musicians. Comedian Steve Martin shows off his musicianship on the banjo. He appears with North Carolina's Steep Canyon Rangers; together they present much of the music and some of the jokes from the live show they toured the nation with in spring 2010.G

Sesame Street  "The Camouflage Challenge"  Elmo is taking pictures of his friends when they hear someone say something. It's Camouflage Carla! She is camouflaging and blending into the wall behind her. Elmo and Rosita want to camouflage too! Camouflage Carla tells them to join The Camouflage Club. D

Dinosaur Train  "Dome-Headed Dinosaur/Treasure Hunt"  The Pteranodon kids and their dome-headed friend Spikey Stygimoloch meet a brother and sister, Patrick and Pamela Pachycephalosaurus, two dinosaurs with enormous dome heads. Spikey bonds with the Pachycephalosaurus. Patrick and Pamela are athletes who invite our kids, Mom, and Spikey along to watch them use their impressive dome heads to play a volleyball type sport called, Dome Ball. D

Super Why!  "'twas The Night Before Christmas"  'Twas the Night Before Christmas, and all through Storybrook Village, not a creature was stirring.except for Whyatt, who has an important question for Santa! So the Super Readers catch up with Santa and his reindeer as they gallop from rooftop to rooftop and unravel the mystery of Santa's childhood, discovering along the way how to help spread the magic of the holiday. Educational Objectives: To learn about making others feel good, play with the alphabet, experiment with spelling, and use the power to read to change the story!. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Night Lights/Go Snails Go!"  Night Lights - Nick and Sally are making shadow puppets with the Cat in the Hat, but the batteries in the flashlight have gone out! They jump into the Thingamajigger and shrink down to visit the fireflies that live in the backyard. There they learn that the fireflies communicate by flashing their lights. And when the fireflies provide the light the kids need, the shadow puppet show can continue! Go Snails Go! - Nick, Sally and the Cat have been invited along on a snail expedition! They jump into the Thingamajigger and shrink down to meet up with Lewis and Clark, the two snails leading the way! As they travel through the forest of Slippity-Goo, having fun sliding in their own shells, the kids learn about all the different ways snails use their shells. D

Wild Kratts  "Stuck On Sharks"  Martin and Chris are on a mission to uncover the secret life of the mysterious Great White Shark. They use Aviva's incredible Remora Rocketsub to "stick with" a female shark and soon learn that the giant predator of the sea actually has lots of challenges to contend with and that she could help them discover something that no one has ever seen before - the birth of Great White shark pups. But when Gourmand sniffs around looking for ingredients for his Shark Fin Soup recipe, the Wild Kratts team must help rescue their new friend. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Rick Steves' Andalucia: The Best of Southern Spain"  To kick off a new season of shows, Steves presents a 60-minute special that wanders through southern Spain. He visits Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada, takes in flamenco music and dancers, sherry and horses. He explores white-washed hill towns and has fun in the sun on the Costa del Sol, before absorbing a dash of Britain in Gibraltar.G

Are You Being Served  "Christmas 1976, Father Christmas Affair"  The pre-Christmas sales drive is opening, and a call goes out for volunteers. When Young Mr. Grace mentions money, staff Santas of all shapes, sizes and sexes rush forward.G

As Time Goes By   Wedding day nerves get the best of Lionel while Jean tries to remain calm despite her sister-in-law's help.G

The Red Green Show  "Coup De Grass"  Red creates a new type of grass seed that only grows two inches tall. Red makes a backyard swing out of a car seat. Mike has Harold join him for a special feature on careers.G

The Thin Blue Line  "The Green Eyed Monster"  The promotion board will be visiting the Gasforth police station and Grim and Fowler are the most likely candidates.
