Simply Ming  "Ivan Orkin"  This week on Simply Ming, it's time for two new twists on surf & turf! Ming upgrades a classic, making a flavorful shrimp, beef and broccoli spooned over a tasty brown and white rice mix. Zagat favorite Ivan Orkin joins him in the kitchen to put together a distinctive meal of Romanian steak served on crispy shrimp toasts. D

Lucky Chow  "Koreatown U.S.A"  This episode visits New York and Los Angeles - home to the two largest Korean populations in the United States - to explore what distinguishes each. Both are 24-hour hubs of food and drinking culture. However, New York City's Koreatown covers just one block, whereas Los Angeles' Koreatown seems like a city unto itself. D

Get Ready to Rio! with Chef Hubert Keller  "Carioca Favorites"  Chef Keller meets Rio-born cookbook author, Leticia Moreinos Schwartz at the beautiful Ipanema Beach for a run and juice stop. Afterwards, they head to Rio's famous pedestrian mall for a tour of Confeitaria Columbo, one of the most elegant teahouses in the world. Then it is an introduction to Brazil's most famous and beloved dish of all: Feijoada, a delicious meat and black bean stew. D
