Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Cooking on the Sea of Cortez"  Rick is always up for a cooking challenge. After a day spent boating and kayaking on the Sea of Cortez with a local ecotourism group, Rick grills dinner for the group on the beach at Espiritu Santo Island - one of the most biologically diverse marine areas in the world. The waters surrounding the island support coral reefs, colonies of sea lions and more than 500 species of fish. D

Globe Trekker  "West Texas"  In the state capital of Austin, Zay Harding explores everything from rattlesnake hotdogs to bingo with chickens. He checks out the Alamo at San Antonio, spends a night in a haunted hotel and travels to El Paso where he treks into the desert along the old Butterfield trail. He follows Route 66 in a 1960s Mustang and competes in Amarillo's steak-eating challenge.G

Circus Dreams   Step into the world of Circus Smirkus, the only traveling youth circus in the United States. Follow a group of talented teens, ages 12 to 18, as they audition, rehearse and take to the road for a summer of performances. There are comments from many of the 27 kids with the circus but the film closely follows a 12-year-old dancer/aerialist, a shy stick-juggling boy, and two girl clowns.G

Music Voyager  "Nashville: Music City"  Known as the capital of country music, Nashville also is home to some of the world's top singer-songwriters and rock and pop bands. Host Jacob Edgar receives a personal tour of Nashville's iconic Grand Ole Opry by country superstar Vince Gill. Then, he sees Elizabeth Miller perform at a funky bar in East Nashville, the bohemian district home to many of the city's musicians. D
