Next, Chris goes into the kitchen with test cook Bridget Lancaster to learn the secrets to making the ultimate Thin-Crust Pizza at home. And finally, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of red wine vinegar. D

Passport to Adventure  "Cruising The British Virgin Islands, Caribbean"  Whether you fly, ferry, sail or motor to the islands, you be swaying like a palm in the tropical breeze by the time you depart. We'll explore the cays and bays of the BVI - snorkeling where pirates once buried treasure, climbing granite boulders at the "Baths", and hanging out with the local characters at iconic beachside watering holes. Sierra Center Stage  "Roy Rogers & The Delta Rhythm Kings"  Considered one of the modern masters of slide guitar, Roy is an eight-time Grammy nominee and Grammy winning producer (John Lee Hooker, Ramblin' Jack Elliott). Roy is joined by special guests Phil Aaberg, Norton Buffalo, Shana Morrison, and Tom Rigney - This show features interviews with Bonnie Raitt and Sammy Hagar.
