Cuisine Culture  "Guy Savoy, Las Vegas"  Three-Star Michelin Chef Guy Savoy shows us that class, elegance and the best foods in the world can be found in Las Vegas. Guy whisks us away to the Nevada desert where we visit a hydroponic farm. With local ingredients we recreate three of his signature plates in his famed restaurant: an appetizer of Colors of Caviar as well as the main course, Bar en Ecailles Grilles aux Epices Douces: Crispy Sea Bass with Delicate Herbs. Afterward, Roger helps a homeowner repair a cracked stone walkway. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "North Wales: Feisty and Poetic"  Rick takes in Mount Snowdon, medieval castles and Victorian promenades. He learns a bit of Welsh, follows a miner deep into a slate mine, and herds sheep with a clever dog.G

Equitrekking  "Great American Ranches"  Equitrekking takes a look at how geography and history of ranches in Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Alberta, Texas, Maui and the Big Island influence their present workings. Interviewing ranch owners and cowboys who have chosen to hold fast to their traditions and Western culture, Darley learns about running a ranch, while also seeing some of the beautiful wild terrain.
