Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking  "Miami 2 - Biscayne Bay"  Host Pete Evans joins chef, restaurateur, and James Beard award-winner Michael Schwartz and his friend chef Giorgio Rapicavoli in Miami at Biscayne Bay in this episode of Movable Feast with Fine Cooking. Their first stop is Sublicious Farms, a gourmet mushroom farm to pick-up oyster mushrooms for Giorgio's mushroom terrine with pickled onions and charred bread. Next they visit Michael's favorite seafood shop, the Casablanca Fish Market to source some fresh catch for Michael's crab fritters and mixed seafood fideua. D

Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Champagne #101"  What exactly is it? How is it made, and what are the different styles? We'll fly to the ancient city of Reims in the center of the region and visit the vineyards to explore the grape varietals and house styles and of course hit a few great restaurants along the way.G

Rough Cut with Fine Woodworking   Inspired by the nearby Shaker Village, host Tom McLaughlin collaborates with guest John Ryan to craft authentic reproduction Shaker oval boxes out of cherry. These boxes are iconic because of their utility and potential for customization in size and shape. John shows Tom his Shaker technique for bending strips of wood around a form, creating a smooth and beautiful Shaker box. D

Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope  "The Many Faces of Los Cabos, Mexico"  Los Cabos is actually two resorts: Cabo San Lucas, at the tip of the Baja California peninsula, and San Jose del Cabo, 23 miles north along the coast. Joseph covers both and the sea that binds them - the Sea of Cortez - on his Los Cabos, Mexico adventure. Activities include whale watching and seaside dining, hiking through the desert to hidden waterfalls and swimming with dolphins. D

Samantha Brown's Places to Love  "Houston, Texas"  In this premiere episode, Samantha visits one of the most diverse and underrated cities in the United States: Houston, Texas. From art cars to craft beer to soul-inspiring music, Samantha meets some of the most extraordinary people who guide her through the city's unique offerings. She meets a graffiti artist who has helped transition graffiti into a city-embraced street art, and who designed new packaging for Texas' oldest craft brewery. She visits a community-based initiative aimed to empower refugee women who create and sell handmade, indigenous arts and crafts, and chef Hugo Ortega, at his authentic Oaxacan restaurant, Xochi, where the food is simply astounding. To top off her trip, Samantha meets Kam Franklin, lead singer of The Suffers, who further demonstrates what Houston is all about through music in a powerful live performance.G

Martha Stewart's Cooking School  "Salads"  Salads are a terrific way to make vegetables a main course. When Martha invites guests to lunch, she loves to make frisee aux lardons, a classic French salad made with spicy greens, crisp bacon, creamy poached eggs and warm vinaigrette. Her chopped salad is based on a recipe from her daughter, Alexis - a dish that's as beautiful in presentation as it is delicious in taste. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Canning Classics"  Host Julia Collin Davison goes into the test kitchen with test cook Becky Hays to reveal the secrets to making classic strawberry jam at home. Next, gadget guru Lisa McManus uncovers the best canning tools. Finally, test cook Dan Souza shows host Bridget Lancaster how to make the ultimate bread and butter pickles. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Tamaliza!"  An episode dedicated to one of Mexico's most iconic foods: tamales. Islands Without Cars with Kira Hesser  "Ireland's Inis Meain"  According to legend, Oliver Cromwell, the 17th-century fanatical Prostestant "Lord Protector" of England, gave the Irish Catholics a choice: They could go to hell or go to Connacht. Some went farther, to islands off Ireland's west coast, including Inis Meain. Hesser explores Ireland's pre-colonial past as the 150 Gaelic-speaking inhabitants of this wet rock in the Atlantic try to figure out how to manage their legacy and lifestyle just outside of the contaminating influences of the modern world.G
