Solomon documents his experiences getting fired and re-hired on the project, the evolution of the story, and working with the cast and crew. D

Cyberchase  "An Urchin Matter"  There's a mega mystery in Megabays - the once-healthy kelp in Big Bay is washing ashore. The CyberSquad must work with Captain Skuttlebutt, keeper of the bays, to get to the bottom of it. They explore the marine ecosystem and discover that there are way more urchins than anything else. D

Landscapes Through Time with David Dunlop  "Monet's Waterlilies"  David visits the enchanting village of Giverny, 45 miles northwest of Paris, which was the last home there until the end of his life in 1926. David describes the evolution of Impressionism from its experimental beginnings in the Gleyre studio in Paris in 1862 with Monet and his friends Sisley, Renoir, Bazille, Pissarro - to its later stage (and beyond) of explosive color, loose brushwork, complementary color vivid sunshine and sensual delight. David discusses and demonstrates Monet's later methods as a mid-career Impressionist at Giverny and his evolution into expressionism with his carefully developed and cultivated waterlily garden as his inspiration. D

Chef's Life  "King Cornbread"  Vivian visits a Kinston institution that merges cornbread with another Southern signature to make "pig and a puppy," then crafts a version for a charity dinner. Mrs. Scarlett and Ms. Lillie's cornbread cook-off showcases their different traditions. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "Northern Sea Passage"  In this episode, Andreas investigates what the sea and land can offer while travelling north on the Norwegian Coastal Express. Andreas uses food produce he finds along the way, an apple-stuffed roast of lamb in the lush fjords of western Norway, and in the bacalao capital of the north he makes a dish with the dry and salted cod. When everybody is asleep Andreas serves artic char, a late bite to the crew onboard the ship. D

Equitrekking  "Georgia Coast"  On Sea Island, Equitrekking host Darley Newman rides with a naturalist and tries what the island natives call "swim riding." On secluded Cumberland Island, Darley observes wild horses with local naturalist Fred Whitehead, who speaks about herd dynamics, the history of horses on the island and how they survive in the subtropical environment. Darley stays at the island's only lodging, the historic Greyfield Inn, and learns about the Carnegie family's role in the island's history. D
