Cook's Country from America's Test Kitchen  "Chicken Two Ways"  Bridget Lancaster shows host Christopher Kimball how to make roast lemon chicken with real lemon flavor. then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of store-bought chicken noodle soup, and Chris reveals tips and techniques about cooking with chicken. Finally, Erin McMurrer uncovers the secrets to chicken Parmesan in a skillet!. D

Barbecue University with Steven Raichlen  "Extreme Grilling"  The professor leads off with butter-and-herb spit-roasted turkey served with flaming hot pepper kebabs. He follows with grilled, dilled and chilled eggplant dip. Then returns to the basics with ember-roasted sweet corn grilled in the husks.G

Rick Steves' Europe  "Florence: City of Art"  In the birthplace of the Renaissance, Rick provides tips for touring the Uffizi art gallery. He visits a fragrant 400-year-old perfumery, sips Campari on a rooftop and sleeps in a converted monastery.G

Equitrekking  "Georgia Coast"  On Sea Island, Equitrekking host Darley Newman rides with a naturalist and tries what the island natives call "swim riding." On secluded Cumberland Island, Darley observes wild horses with local naturalist Fred Whitehead, who speaks about herd dynamics, the history of horses on the island and how they survive in the subtropical environment. Darley stays at the island's only lodging, the historic Greyfield Inn, and learns about the Carnegie family's role in the island's history. D
