Hands On Crafts for Kids  "Australia"  Travel to the land down under for historic aborigine crafts and some of the common animals associated with Australia. Australia is a country but also a continent located south of Asia and surrounded by water. It is known for its wide ranges of vegetation and animals from the dry outback to the Great Barrier Reef. D

Ciao Italia  "Classic Bolognese Pasta/Lasagne Verdi Alla Bolognese"  Culinary arts students from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI are eager to learn the fine art of creating Bolognese pasta, starting with Lasagne Verdi alla Bolognese. Mary Ann leads them through the process of making Lasagne Spinach Noodles, and layering it over and over with a meaty, Bologna-Style Ragu, and Bechamella Sauce. And there's just enough time to make Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce. D

Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef  "Seafood Sliders"  With sliders all the rage these days, Chef Keller moves outside the slider beef box and creates three fabulous and unique sliders that are perfect for entertaining. Double Salmon Slider with Mustard-Dill Sauce; Scallop Sliders with Bacon and Grilled Tomatoes; Chicken Slider with Red Pepper Piperade.G

This Old House  "Barrington Project, Part 8 of 10"  Awning specialist Mike Cornell installs a new retractable awning over the deck that should stand up to the weather due to a wind sensor and fade-resistant fabric. Inside, the Saratoga soapstone has arrived, and countertop contractor Alyssa St. Gelais shows host Kevin O'Connor how she's sealing the surface with wax, not oil, to give it a more durable finish that will last longer than an oil application. D
