Mary Ann leads them through the process of making Lasagne Spinach Noodles, and layering it over and over with a meaty, Bologna-Style Ragu, and Bechamella Sauce. And there's just enough time to make Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce. D

Inside, the Saratoga soapstone has arrived, and countertop contractor Alyssa St. Gelais shows host Kevin O'Connor how she's sealing the surface with wax, not oil, to give it a more durable finish that will last longer than an oil application.
