Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope  "Hungary, Austria and Germany - Sampling the Danube's Delights"  Joseph samples the delights along the banks of Europe's second-longest river when he travels from Budapest, Hungary through Austria to Nuremberg, Germany on the Danube. The river is a watery avenue that rivals Paris' Champs-Elysees in offering a never-ending array of fascinating and eye-catching treasures. Along its course a mosaic of magnificent cities, quaint villages, fields and forests unfold and each stop along the way reveals a piece of Europe's ongoing cultural tale. D

Equitrekking  "Georgia Coast"  On Sea Island, Equitrekking host Darley Newman rides with a naturalist and tries what the island natives call "swim riding." On secluded Cumberland Island, Darley observes wild horses with local naturalist Fred Whitehead, who speaks about herd dynamics, the history of horses on the island and how they survive in the subtropical environment. Darley stays at the island's only lodging, the historic Greyfield Inn, and learns about the Carnegie family's role in the island's history. D

Martha Bakes  "Fruit Curds"  Learn the innovative technique for preparing brightly colored fruit curds for three special desserts: an irresistible lemon tart with brown butter-cookie crust, cupcakes filled with passion fruit curd, and raspberry curd for an elegant genoise. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Italian with Ease"  Test cook Julia Collin Davison uncovers the secrets to making semolina gnocchi at home. Then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges host Christopher Kimball to a tasting of balsamic vinegar. Finally, test cook Bridget Lancaster shows Chris how to make the best Italian sausage with grapes and balsamic vinegar. D

Joanne Weir Gets Fresh  "Copita Inspired"  The vibrant soul of Mexican cooking has truly captured Joanne's heart and transformed the way she cooks. So today they're going to explore bright Mexican flavors. She goes to her restaurant Copita to meet Gonzalo, an amazing chef, and hang out in her organic garden. D

Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Company: Hooks, Lies & Alibis  "Crabs - Louisa, LA"  John visits St. Mary's Seafood & Marina. He makes fried soft-shelled crab po boys with Frank Randol of Lafayette, owner of Randol's Restaurant. D

Rudy Maxa's World  "Montreal & Quebec City"  Two of the most unique and appealing cities in the world are just north of New England. You'll find brie, pate, jewel box-patisseries, and "s'il vous plait" right along with bagels, maple syrup, hockey, delis, and bocce ball. A modern skyscraper might be cheek-by-jowl with a 17th century, stone nunnery. D
