Cyberchase  "Raising The Bar"  The main Cybrary is under attack. Hacker, disguised as an exterminator called the Vermin Vexer, has released a mysterious cyberbug that is systematically destroying certain information - but Ms. Fileshare, the overworked Cybrarian, is too busy to notice. When Hacker uses bar graphs to confuse Ms. Fileshare, the kids create bar graphs of their own to counter his contentions. D

Quilting Arts  "Shapes"  Take basic shapes and morph them. Textile artist MJ Kinman edits gemstone images and explores them from the inside out. Quilt maker Cindy Grisdela takes the fear out of curved piecing with improv circles and curved strips. D

Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Joshua Tree National Park, Part 2"  In this session, Jerry continues on with showing how to complete the underpainting of the washes and grass areas. Then he begins showing how to start highlighting the sand washes. Now he highlights the background mountains and shows how to dry-brush a soft haze at the base of the mountain. D

Chef's Life  "One Potato, New Potato"  Join Vivian to judge the Southern Sides competition at the BBQ Festival, and see her version of the BBQ plate, featuring a crispy potato salad. When the Avett Brothers stop by the restaurant, the entire staff serves up a side of girly giddiness. D

Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Ivy Stark / Dos Caminos"  A veteran of NYC kitchens for well over two decades, Chef Ivy Stark is a talent working under the radar. She runs the sprawling operations of the various Dos Caminos spots here and in Las Vegas. Though known for their volume, under her stewardship they do a remarkable amount of quality work from scratch.G

This Old House  "Construction Gets A Jumpstart"  Kevin and Tom build a new floor. Richard, the homeowners and the designer hunt for an old clawfoot tub. Tom shows the apprentices how to level the front porch and build a hip roof. D

Rick Steves Special  "European Festivals"  In RICK STEVES SPECIAL: EUROPEAN FESTIVALS, Rick travels throughout the Continent celebrating the top 10 festivals, each one rich with tradition, great food and fun. In Spain, Rick runs the bulls in Pamplona and dances with locals at the April Fair in Seville. He also dons a mask in Venice for Carnival, which first began in 1162, and cheers on the horses at The Palio di Siena in Italy. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Pizza Party"  Lidia makes pizza the centerpiece for your next party. With a variety of toppings, a salad and dessert, you are ready to go. America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Korean Feast"  Host Julia Collin Davison shows host Bridget Lancaster how to make the ultimate Korean rice bowl at home. Then, equipment expert Adam Ried reviews spider skimmers in the equipment corner. Finally, test cook Dan Souza reveals the secrets for making perfect Korean fried chicken wings. D

Simply Ming  "Tiffani Faison"  Ming is joined this week by Top Chef alum Tiffani Faison, owner of Boston's Tiger Mama and Sweet Cheeks, for two different approaches to a classic - chicken. From high atop Boston at Ming's loft, our chefs head outside to grill their poultry. Tiffani shares her recipe for Grilled Tandoori Chicken with a fresh Tomato and Herb Salad. D

Danielle talks to three Asian-American entrepreneurs about the secrets of their success: Tim Wildin, the young Chipotle executive whose Thai aunties' recipes contribute to the menu at Shophouse; Lynda Trang Dai, once known as the Vietnamese Madonna and now the queen of banh mi sandwiches in Orange County's Little Saigon; and Charles Phan, the ground-breaking chef whose Slanted Door was named best restaurant in the country by the James Beard Foundation.
