The Desert Speaks  "Ancient Secrets of the Galapagos"  The third and final episode in the Galapagos Islands features some of the "newer" islands, which are "only" a few hundred thousand years old. There are plenty of interesting creatures in the waters around these islands, like marine iguanas - the only known iguanas that swim in salt water and can stay underwater for more than an hour - and the Flightless Cormorant - a bird that uses its stubby wings to swim rather than fly. On Isabela Island, the crew visits Darwin's Lake - a saltwater lake - to study flower color and pollination and spends some time in Zodiac boats finding penguins endemic to the islands. D

Kimchi Chronicles  "The Street Food Chronicles"  Much like the entire continent of Asia, street food is hugely popular in Korea and many of the most beloved dishes in the country come from street carts and stands. In this episode, Marja and Jean-Georges eat street food all over the peninsula, including silkworm larvae, hoddeok, sweet pancakes filled with peanuts and sugar, and Dragon's Beard, a candy made of stretched honey and nuts. At home, Marja makes her version of bindaddeok, her signature take on this simple pancake made of freshly ground mung beans shallow-fried until browned and crisp. D

Christmas with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Featuring David Archuleta and Michael York   Pop sensation Archuleta and Grammy Award nominee York join the choir in celebration of the holiday season. Recorded before audiences totaling 80,000 people, this event combines dancing, holiday music and storytelling. Archuleta sings "Los Pastores a Belen" in Spanish; York tells the story of the choir's beginnings.G

Dinosaur Train  "One Small Dinosaur/T. Rex Migration"  One Small Dinosaur - Mrs. Pteranodon takes Buddy and Tiny to visit a Mikey Microraptor, one of the smallest of dinosaurs ever. Tiny is annoyed that Mikey is even smaller than she is, but Mikey looks up to Tiny as a role model. T. rex Migration - Buddy and Tiny go to visit their friend Annie Tyrannosaurus and discover she isn't home, so they follow clues and find her on a migration with her family. D

Super Why!  "The Nutcracker"  Princess Pea doesn't know what to do about her friend Sleeping Beauty who is very, very grumpy! Super Why and his friends dance their way into the story of The Nutcracker, accompanied by Tchaikovsky's memorable music, to find out why the Mouse King is so cranky and give an innovative twist to the holiday classic. But will the super readers be able to restore magic to The Land of Sweets?
